Our Mission
Our mission is to strengthen healthcare access, education, and wellness across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. We unite local communities, global partners, and healthcare professionals under one vision, to create sustainable solutions that empower individuals, uplift underserved areas, and inspire a culture of health and hope.
We believe that one pulse connects us all, the rhythm of life, compassion, and resilience. Guided by this belief, we deliver meaningful outreach, equip clinics with vital resources, and educate families on preventive care and holistic wellness.

Our commitment is not only to meet immediate needs but also to build lasting impact across the Caribbean. By fostering collaboration, advancing education, and expanding access to care, we are shaping a future where every community has the opportunity to thrive.
Through service, compassion, and unity, One Pulse is building healthier, stronger, and more connected Caribbean nations, one pulse at a time.

COMMITMENT TO SERVICE
At One Pulse Jamaica, we believe that access to quality healthcare should never be limited by circumstance. Everyone deserves the opportunity to take control of their health, receive answers about their condition, and begin a journey toward wellness. One of our earlier initiatives was carried out at the Taylor Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where patients were offered: Free consultations with our doctors, Comprehensive examinations, and Complimentary X-rays when needed. This initiative reflected our core belief: that patients should have open access to care without financial barriers standing in the way. By removing the initial costs, we created a pathway for individuals to better understand their health, take preventive action, and begin appropriate care. The overwhelming response to this project reinforced our mission to bring healthcare directly to communities in need. It also laid the foundation for our ongoing commitment to serve families not only in Jamaica but across the Caribbean, ensuring that wellness and preventive care are made available to all.

Our Founders
Dr. Collin Sewell, DC & Dr. Neville Campbell, MD
Co-Founders, One Pulse Jamaica
Born and raised with deep roots in Portland, Jamaica, both Dr. Collin Sewell and Dr. Neville Campbell carry with them a lifelong commitment to service, faith, and community. Their journeys began at Titchfield High School, where shared values of discipline, leadership, and faith in the Seventh-day Adventist Church shaped the foundation of their purpose.
Dr. Collin Sewell was born in Kingston and raised in the hills of Portland, where he developed a firsthand understanding of resilience, dedication, and the importance of accessible healthcare. Guided by his passion to create alternatives to medication-based care, he went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, equipping him with the expertise to restore health and function through natural, holistic means. Beyond clinical work, Dr. Sewell is an advocate, mentor, and philanthropist. He supports community health education, wellness outreach in underserved Jamaican and diaspora communities, and works to elevate awareness of non-drug approaches to health. His commitment to holistic wellbeing and sustainable impact underpins all he does.

Dr. Neville Campbell is an internationally respected Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Physician, and the founder & CEO of The Center for Wellness & Pain Care of America. His work has been defined not only by medical excellence but also by a profound commitment to alleviating suffering and improving quality of life for patients locally and abroad.
Together, their extensive background in philanthropy has included community outreach, healthcare initiatives, and programs designed to uplift underserved populations. Their shared love for Jamaica and its diaspora inspired them to create One Pulse Jamaica—an organization dedicated to uniting resources, advancing healthcare access, and creating lasting impact both at home and across the Caribbean.
With One Pulse Jamaica, Dr. Sewell and Dr. Campbell seek to weave together their medical expertise, spiritual grounding, and cultural pride into a movement that not only serves patients but also strengthens the heartbeat of Jamaica for generations to come.
